Art without borders in the Whale Museum

On Saturday, May 14, there were many celebrations at the Whale Museum in Húsavík, when a new exhibition called Art without Borders opened in the museum. The exhibition is done in collaboration with Miðjuna, Fjúk art center, the nursery school in Grænuvellir and Þingeyinga's Knowledge Network. Art without borders has become a permanent part of the cultural flora of Húsavík, and it is a great honor for us to be able to participate in this project. About 50 people have participated in the preparation and installation of the exhibition, which has been set up for one year in the museum, but in addition, various beautiful products will be for sale in the Whale Museum's store throughout the summer.
