Young guests visiting

It has been enough to be at the Whale Museum so far this fall. In addition to the increase in tourists year-on-year, school visits have begun with pomp and circumstance as students from schools from nearby visit the museum and receive guided tours.

Yesterday, the first group of students from Hvala School in the winter of 2016/2017 came to visit, but they were enthusiastic students from the Tongu á Grænuvällir department.

But school visits are not limited to Hvalskólinn, but the museum welcomes all school groups in organized visits, and the visits are like says in the museum act free of charge. This morning, young and promising students from Bergi's department came to Grænuvällir, and Huld welcomed them warmly.
