Terms and Conditions: Museum E-Ticket Please read these Terms and Conditions („Terms“) carefully before purchasing and using the Museum Electronic Ticket („E-Ticket“). These Terms apply to all individuals who purchase and use the E-Ticket. By purchasing and using the E-Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from purchasing and using the E-Ticket. E-Ticket Validity: a. The E-Ticket grants the holder admission to the museum for a single visit on the date and time slot specified at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. b. The E-Ticket is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is stated on the E-Ticket. E-Ticket Purchase: a. The E-Ticket can be purchased online through the museum’s official website. b. The E-Ticket price is non-refundable, except in cases where the museum cancels the visitation day or technical issues prevent the proper use of the E-Ticket, in which case a refund may be provided. c. The museum reserves the right to change the E-Ticket price at any time without prior notice. E-Ticket Usage: a. The E-Ticket must be presented in digital form (eg, on a mobile device or printed copy) at the museum’s entrance for admission. Failure to present a valid E-Ticket may result in denial of entry. b. The E-Ticket is valid for any date and time slot. c. The museum may impose additional rules and regulations for visitors, and E-Ticket holders must comply with all instructions provided by museum staff. E-Ticket Limitations: a. The E-Ticket does not guarantee immediate entry during peak visiting hours. Admission will be subject to availability and the museum’s visitor capacity. b. The museum reserves the right to temporarily close certain areas, exhibits, or facilities for maintenance, renovation, or other reasons without prior notice. Such closures do not entitle E-Ticket holders to any refunds or compensation. E-Ticket Loss or Damage: a. E-Ticket holders are responsible for protecting their E-Ticket from loss, theft, or damage. b. The E-Ticket may not be duplicated, reproduced, or resold. Unauthorized duplication or use of the E-Ticket may result in denial of entry.  Modifications and Termination: a. The museum reserves the right to modify or terminate the E-Ticket offering, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice. b. In the event of termination, the museum may provide a refund for any unused portion of the E-Ticket at its sole discretion. By purchasing and using the Museum E-Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
